Medical Student Networking Session & Residency Round Robins

This dedicated session provides an unparalleled opportunity to jumpstart your career network.

  • What it is: A focused, interactive event allowing you to meet and connect with Residency Program Directors, Attending Physicians, and current Residents.
  • Goal: Learn more about individual residency programs, ask specific questions about the application and interview process, and gain critical insights into the specialty.

Submission Opportunities: Present Your Work

We encourage all residents to submit their original research, case reports, and educational topics for consideration as either a Poster or a Podium Lecture. Submitting your work is a vital opportunity to present to peers and leaders in the field and compete for cash awards.
Presentation Type Duration & Location Award Opportunities
Scientific Posters Live presentations held Saturday afternoon during the Exhibit Hall hours. Cash awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Resident Podium Lectures 15-minute lectures scheduled on Sunday morning in the main lecture hall. Cash awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

The morning features the highly anticipated Resident Podium Lectures, where accepted authors deliver 15-minute presentations showcasing their research and clinical findings.
